Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy Guideline manifesto describes the privacy policy of the Shivshakti /indianelite.com. Any individual or corporate that initiates business, or even visits the site of the Shivshakti /indianelite.com, they are bound to follow and respect the Shivshakti /indianelite.com’s Privacy Policy as stated below. You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security.  However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites.  This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.

• Contact/Address: - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") has set down a norm for us to collect some information during the process of registration. This information may include the client’s full name, mailing and/or residential address, contact number, email address, and, where necessary, the facsimile number. Such contact information might be used to confer with the client when necessary with regard to business transactions processed through the Web-Site. Moreover, we may collect contact information from the client in order to provide the corresponding technical support and bring forth new implementations or features available through our services.
• Finance: - The sole purpose of our collecting and retaining certain financial knowledge from the client during the domain-name registration procedure, and while offering other products and services available for business interactions on the Web-Site. As an instance, the client has to provide the credit-card number and billing procedure details before providing permission for the execution of the application. We would not sell, use or process the clients’ financial information in any way other than as disclosed in this privacy policy guideline.
• Demography :-  We may collect information (regarding zonal zip codes, age, gender etc.) to streamline our view on what the Web-Site may be better in providing the client, in short, providing stuff that would best suit the clients’ interests. This information may be shared with third-party associates, business partners and market researchers on an aggregated and non-individually identifiable basis. No individually identifiable information will be linked to the aggregated demographic statistics
• Web Protocol Address:-  The IP addresses from all visitors to the Shivshakti /indianelite.com’s Web-Site shall be collected and retained.
