After paying an order with a credit card using the web payment pro on the website, the payment is submitted and it loads the checkout_process.php which goes blank (white page) nothing else is displayed to customer.

The website is OsCommerce based and has several hundred urls in google webmasters that show up as having duplicate meta descriptions, duplicate titles, missing titles, or missing meta descriptions.

I would require that this be fixed. I am open to having variables entered into the titles and meta descriptions to make things automated. For example adding English Language onto the title, etc. as the website is in several languages.

The website has the Header Tags SEO addon installed if this makes your work any easier.

I would need the work done within a week prefferably, but I am open to suggestions.

It is mandatory that the new titles and meta descriptions stay relevant to the page and of course not to duplicate.
