Clients Requirements -
hello. We are looking for some customizations to zen cart. This is a fresh install. This is to support a dry cleaning shop. Here are the modifications we are looking for:

1) New customers need to be restricted to certain postal codes. This needs to be modifible in the admin. If customer is outside the area, a warning needs to appear to call our toll free number for service.

2) Customers need to have an account balance and have purchases deducted from the balance. Deposits need to be made in increments of $25

3) We will provide a PSD. Need XHMTL template implmented

4) Checkout needs to be modified. We do not need shipping. Customers need to select from 2 pickup days or same day service (extra charge)

5) Need some modifications to the printable invoice to be included in the customers bag pickup. Only Text.
