UPS Labels and google checkout for oscommerce

Clients Requirements -
We need an oscommerce expert to develop a shipping tool for UPS. What we need is to be able to print labels directly from our admin page using the XML shipping tools in the UPS web site. We already have a similar option for FedEx intalled in the site, but we have been unable to do the same for UPS. We can provide sample labels and documentation from UPS on how to install this option.
Also we need to improve our googlecheckout module, because customers are able to place orders, but the orders are not shown in our site. They are not returning to our site.
